We at the HOTEL KASPER hope that you have enjoyed your stay. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. As we constantly strive to improve our service, we value your questions and comments and particularly your account of any untoward event that occurred during your stay at the HOTEL KASPER or at any other lodging establishment in the world.

Email us your own hotel experience – real or fantasized -- and earn yourself a reservation at the HOTEL KASPER. Send us your account in a sentence or two, or as a short story, or in film script format. If your submission is selected, the Management will contact you and will produce your experience as a short film not exceeding eight minutes. It will thereafter become a ROOM at THE KASPER - to be enjoyed by countless visitors of discriminating taste.
